Convenient location, spacious and clean rooms, helpful English-speaking staff. No breakfast experience. Quiet surroundings, well-furnished room at a reasonable price. Ideal for University of Rennes visitors.

The location is a bit far from center. I hope rent-a-bicycle service (There is the public service but it was not easy to find the place near this hotel.)

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to public transportation. The C4 bus takes us directly to the city square, making it convenient to explore the area. there is a McDonald's just down the road, perfect for a quick meal. The staff at the hotel are excellent in helping guests and providing assistance whenever needed. The room is comfortable and clean, providing a pleasant stay. The bathroom facilities are also well-maintained.

There were a few spiders in the room, which was a bit of a drawback.

Very slow Internet. To get access, one needs to give e-mail, accept the terms and that spam will be send. No option to opt-out from marketing spam. TV did not work, but would be of little use anyway.

The hotel had great amenities such as a heater in the bathroom and complimentary shampoo and shower gel. The spacious room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The fact that we could bring our dog into the room for a small fee was a huge plus. The hotel's location was close to important areas of the city and the tea and coffee making facilities were a nice touch.

The lack of exterior lighting made it difficult to navigate the path and stairs to reach our room. The shower head was broken and it was not possible to fix it in place.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety of hot and cold options, including coffee and juices. The location was ideal for people working at the nearby university and the hotel itself was peaceful and calm. The room even had a kettle for making tea or coffee. Despite a minor language barrier, the reception staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this budget hotel for solo travelers on business trips.

It was a great experience overall.

The staff were lovely, but it was a fun game of charades trying to communicate with them. The breakfast had a coffee machine that made drinks and the location was great for work.
